Do you provide samples? Yes, we can send a sample kit (paper A6/ISO, PET/PVC card, wood: maple, bamboo, walnut…) to validate materials and finishes. Share your address and needs and we’ll ship the right options.
What content can I link to my card? You can link a video, photos (gallery), a web link or a mini site combining several elements. Printed visuals can’t be changed after printing.
Which formats and materials are available? We offer Paper A6, ISO, Square and A5, plus other sizes on request. Materials include PET/PVC ISO cards and wood cards (maple, bamboo, walnut…). Finishes (spot UV, foil, rounded corners…) available on request.
Do you offer custom branding / white-label? Yes, we adapt design, colors and branding. For mini sites, we can apply your visual identity (logo, colors, typefaces) for a consistent experience.
Are the cards compatible with iPhone & Android? Yes. iPhones read NFC natively; most Android phones do as well. A QR code fallback can be added for universal compatibility.
Can I update the content after printing? It’s possible, but only on quotation — except for standard cards (no custom multimedia). In this case, videos are uploaded after recipients get their cards.
Do you provide usage analytics? Optional. We can provide usage indicators (opens, interactions) in line with GDPR. Let’s discuss what fits your context.
What are your production lead times? In-stock cards are prepared within 2 business days (shipping not included; custom multimedia included). For visually customized cards, production time is 4 weeks. For urgent requests, please contact us via the Quote page Urgent.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship across Europe and internationally via our carriers. Costs and lead times vary by destination.

How are the cards packaged? Cards are delivered in cardboard boxes or in envelopes, depending on quantities.
Where is content hosted? GDPR compliance? We use GDPR-compliant infrastructure, with EU hosting when required. We can also deploy on your own environments (subject to conditions).
